Softness, silence and warmth underfoot

No hard floor can do what carpet does: absorb sound, cushion falls, warm a bedroom on a winter morning. Modern fibers have quietly solved carpet's old problems — today's solution-dyed and stain-treated yarns resist spills, pets and fading far better than the carpet you grew up with.

Construction determines everything. Plush (cut pile) is the soft, classic bedroom feel; Berber (loop pile) resists crushing on stairs and high-traffic runs; cut-and-loop patterns hide footprints and vacuum marks. Fiber matters equally: nylon is the durability king, triexta (PET-based) brings built-in permanent stain resistance, and polyester delivers softness and color at the friendliest price.

The invisible half of a carpet job is the padding — it determines how the carpet feels, how it wears and how long it lives. We include quality padding in every quote because thin padding is how good carpet gets ruined in three years.
